About

SITE has separate hostel facility for boys and girls. The hostel is located in the college premises itself. The mess is spacious with a dining hall and kitchen. Separate seating arrangements are made for both boys and girls. Full time resident wardens are available to take care of hostellers and to maintain the discipline. A standby power generator is available with full time attendant in the hostel to operate during power failures.

Life in hostel campus helps the students not only to study but also to socialize. SASI provides a comfortable and safe accommodation to all its students. The students accommodated in the campus are encouraged to use the gymnasium, playground and all indoor gaming facilities. The hostel, in addition, has a general store for provisions required by the students. Study hours will be conducted exclusively to the hostellers after college hours to improve their academic performance.

• Activities

  To build an all-round personality, the Hostel students are actively involved in a large number of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

  • Hostel Premier League (HPL) is conducted every year
  • “Seminar Junction” an event for seminar sessions which are conducted in week ends to improve communication skills
  • Short films contests are conducted to encourage the creativity in the hostellers

• Instructions to the Students

  • Every ward has to pay, the entire fee prescribed by the Hostel Authorities before admitting to the hostel.
  • Inmate has to maintain discipline in all respects.
  • Inmate should not leave the hostel without prior permission of the Hostel In Charge/Warden.
  • Any damage / misbehavior made by the inmate to hostel / mess property will attract the fine.
  • General breakage charges will be collected from every inmate at the end of the academic year / Semester for issuing the hall ticket by the concerned institute.
  • Use of cell phones, smoking, illegal activities and teasing the inmates is prohibited in the campus.
  • Individual Inmates are responsible for their belongings.
  • Inmates who want to use the stationary / book stores under credit bases has to pay 5,000/- as caution deposit. Otherwise, they have to pay cash every time they purchase required material.
