Staff Grievance Committee 2022-23

Reference: 1) Office order dated 18/06/2022 regarding the formation of Faculty/staff grievance committee for A.Y. 2022-23-reg.

2) Meeting conducted by the members of Faculty/Staff Grievance Committee on 06/07/2022

Approved Staff/faculty grievance format is attached herewith. Staff/faculty can approach the team members with their grievance preferably in given format. Department wise members can be approached. Staff/faculty having grievance shall make sure that the problem is well suited and in accordance with the duties given in “Teachers manual” and “Principles policies”.

Members of committee shall share this format with the respective department staff members/HODs etc. The format shall be available on college website.

Members will be responsible for:

1) Receiving and addressing all the complaints and report the outcomes.

2) Time to time Staff counseling will be done by members with consultation of respective department HOD.

3)  Teachers’ manuals, Principal policies, other relevant rules and regulations will be followed while addressing the grievance.

4) Making suggestions to improve the welfare of the faculty/staff.

We have constituted a Grievance Redressal Cell to address genuine problems and complaints of students and staff. The complaint management mechanism is carried out in three levels in the institution.

The departmental level grievances are attended by the concerned class Coordinators, Counselors and Department Heads.

The student coordinators and staff coordinators of grievance redressal cell act as facilitators to communicate and sort out the grievances at the department level.

Unresolved grievances at the departmental level are referred to the Grievance Redressal Cell of the institution.

Students Counselling and Grievance Redressal Committee
