About
Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Cell was established at Sasi Institute of Technology and Engineering for encouraging the students to initiate start-ups and considering self- employment as a career option. The cell organizes different activities and events to train and motivate the students on entrepreneurship development

- To become a novel and renowned core of excellence for Entrepreneurship Development Programmes.
Mission
- To train the students community for becoming successful entrepreneurs by encouraging the concept of Start-ups and Incubation centers.
OBJECTIVES
Objectives
- The Innovation & EDC Policy is designed to meet the Vision and Mission statement of the Institute and its activities are aligned in this direction.
- To motivate the entrepreneurial intuition and zeal among the students fraternity
- To train the prospective entrepreneurs in the institute
- To enhance the necessary fundamental know how and competencies among the budding entrepreneurs
- To assist in selecting appropriate product/service which suits the present market
- To give inputs related to process and procedures involved in establishing small scale unit.
- To familiarize in skills related to Marketing, HR, Production, distribution etc.
- To make the entrepreneurs aware of the possible risks and failures and the process to overcome them.
- To strengthen a passion for integrity, honesty and industrial discipline.
- To support in preparing and submitting the project feasibility report
