Review of academic performance of the Institution and suggest remedial measures, if required.
Introduction of new programmes and/or increasing intake/ closure of courses/reduction in intake.
Creation and enhancement of infrastructure and amenities etc for the Institution.
Approval of faculty development initiatives / programmes.Appointment of such committees for such purpose with such powers which the Governing Body may think fit and co-opt members for such committees.
To initiate fellowships, medals and prizes.
Approval of collaboration agreements
Any other matters referred to the Governing Body for decision.
