 English Language and Communication Skills Lab

 
Keeping in view of the requirements of corporate world, an air-conditioned English Language multimedia Lab is set up with 75 high configuration multimedia systems. Every week nine academic sessions are held in this lab to develop the communication skills of the students. The lab always welcomes those students who would like to improve their communication skills.
In Communication Skills Lab events like group discussions, interview, role play, and public speaking are conducted regularly. The students are always under the supervision of the well trained staff.

 Soft Skills Training

As per the growing requirements of the corporate world, we have started training our students in soft skills. Our students are excellent when it comes to technical skills. So we’ve decided to train them in the areas like communication skills, leadership, emotional intelligence, time management, stress management, team building, negotiation skills…etc The main objective of these training is to improve the confidence levels, communication skills and leadership qualities of the students.

 Group Discussions:

As the world has become a global village, any person who is working in an MNC should be able to develop adaptability, leadership qualities and co-operative nature. These qualities are a must in any organization at present. In recruitment programs Group Discussion plays a key role in dissecting a candidate’s nature, his attitudes and beliefs, his thinking and way of expression.
In order to develop all these qualities in our students, two hours of GD sessions and two hours of Seminar Sessions are conducted every week.

Our students are made aware of the nuances of Campus Placements from the time they join the institution. In this regard, every branch is given six hours per week for group discussions, seminars and for learning soft skills.
Our experienced faculty members have prepared course modules and number of tests to sharpen the skills and improve the confidence levels of the students. Special coaching classes precede every placement program.  Mock Group discussions and mock Interviews are conducted regularly in the college to assess the growth of our students

To  enhance the campus placements an MOU has been made up with NICCO VENTURES for an unique program called CAREER PLUS. The highlights of this program are Assessment of the student Training the student in his weak areas Providing employment opportunities
