 Guest Lectures (2007-08)

The department of Management Studies of SITE has organized an assortment of Guest Lectures to enrich student knowledge by inviting eminent personalities from various sectors to share practical experience to the management students

 1.     A program on “Modern Trends in Financial Management and ERP” conducted by Sri L.R.K.S.V Sastry, Deputy Manager in Finance, RINL, (VSP), Visakhapatnam on 8^th Dec-2007, at Sasi Institute of Technology & Engineering, T.P.Gudem. In ECE seminar Hall, ECE Block, 2^nd floor. The program was conducted for 5 hours. The MBA students and Faculty members were participated.

2.     A program on “Stock Exchange And The Need For Investment Awareness Career Guidance” conducted by Sri M.V.S.R. Suryanarayana (Sri Ram), District Investment  Education Co-ordinator, Geojit Financial Services Ltd, Rajahmundry on 15^th Dec-2007 at SITE, Tadepalligudem in ECE seminar hall. ECE Block, 2^nd floor. The program was conducted for 4 hours. The MBA students and faculty members were participated.

3.     A program on “Cases on Business Law” conducted by Sri O.S. Nageswara Rao,M.Com, B.L, PGDPM, Senior Advocate, Tanuku on 20^th December-2007, at Sasi Institute of Technology & Engineering, T.P.Gudem. In ECE seminar Hall, ECE Block, 2^nd floor. The program was conducted for 5 hours. The MBA students and Faculty members were participated.

Guest Lectures (2008-09)

 1.      A program on “Leadership Skills and Export marketing in Trade Fair Organization” conducted by Sri G. Jaya Raj, M.A, HDSE, Welfare Officer for A.P. Asha Handicrafts Association, Mumbai on 5^th Feb-2008, at Sasi Institute of Technology & Engineering, T.P.Gudem. In ECE seminar Hall, ECE Block, 2^nd floor. The program was conducted for 4 hours. The MBA students and Faculty members were participated

2.      A guest lecture be Mr. A. Visweshwar Rao Chairman of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Hyderabad on “Stock Market Operations and Investor Awareness Program” has been organized to our MBA Students

3.      A guest lecture by Mr. Moses Regional Manager, Karvy Financial Services, Vijayawada, awareness on “Career Opportunities in Financial Industry” had been organized to our MBA students.

4.      A guest lecture by Mr.Ramu HR manager for Verso Software Solutions, Hyderabad on “Human Resource Management & Practices” in different sectors has been organized to exclusively HR specialized students.

 Guest Lectures (2009-10)

 1.     The institute has invited Sri Surya Narayana, HR, TCS for interactive discourse with a student on the topic “How To Acquire Managerial Skills to Become Successful Manager”. This program enlightened the student community.

2.     A guest lecture by Sri B.V.S.S.K Ranganath CEO Financial Bazar on the topic of “Carrier Guidance and Financial Markets” has been organized to our students. He highlighted the need and importance of doing NCFM certification course for better opportunities in financial sector.

INDUSTRIAL TOURS

The management students are exposed to the practicality of business and management through co-curricular activities like industrial tours, management meets and seminars, as they give change to relate theory and practical.
